Mark has experience as negotiator at government level for the US Department of Commerce, and in the fields of Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, in the USA and in Europe.
Career phases have included periods at Chase Manhattan Bank, at McKinsey, and as a Partner for Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance.
