1985

Establishment of the negotiation consultancy „Egger, Philips & Partner AG“

1990

Division of the company's activities into public events, in-house seminars and trainings (D, A, CH) as well as consulting, coaching and mediation.

1995

Ulrich Egger built up a team of 10 trainers as associate conultants.
 

2000

The company had gained an excellent reputation due to further successful training activities, cooperation in consensus based conferences and mediations in complex conflicts situations.

2005

The appointment of a deputy managing director provides assistance for Ulrich Egger.

2011

Celebration of the company's 25th anniversary with 300 guests.

2016

Former associate consultant and current partner Jochen Luksch takes over the management of the company and the chair of the executive board.

2017

Opening of a second location in Hamburg with Dr. Kai Monheim as managing partner.
