Our Conceptual Foundation We are the only European institution to work on a contractual basis with the Harvard Negotiation Project, in a relationship that dates back to 1985. This link to ongoing research at Harvard Law School, coupled with our own continuing conceptual development and practical experience, is our customers’ guarantee for quality and competence. The intellectual foundation of this is provided by the findings of various interdisciplinary research teams led by Professor Roger Fisher, together with his colleagues and successors at Harvard Law School, who have since the 1970s continually been exploring new ideas as to how we can deal more successfully with divergent interests in an increasingly interconnected world. This negotiation methodology of „winners on all sides“ offers practical advice on how to reach this ideal, while at the same time always keeping an eye to maintaining and improving the relationship with the negotiation partner.
