The mediation process developed by our firm on the basis of „Open Negotiation According to the HARVARD CONCEPT®“ is appropriate for any conflict situation in which all affected parties seek not only to satisfy their legitimate interests, but are also interested in preserving and improving their future working relationship.
Our focus in this work is on the commercial, political and administrative sectors, in close cooperation with MEDIARTIS AG.
Our founder Ulrich Egger is well-known in Switzerland as one of the pioneers in the field of commercial mediation. He has for many years not only worked regularly as a mediator himself, but is also the initiator, co-founder and Founding President of the Institute for Mediation, a nonprofit organization founded in 1994 which today counts more than 100 members.
Since the early 1990s, we have also been very much involved with the training and certification of mediators. Our mediation seminar „Mediation as an Opportunity“ (see the german page Mediationstraining ) led to our becoming one of the first institutions in Switzerland to be recognized by the National Association of Lawyers (Schweizerischer Anwaltsverband (SAV)) to be granted the right to officially certify with the title „Mediator SAV“. Our seminars are attended by participants from all sorts of professional backgrounds.
