Dr. Claudio Weiss, a graduate psychologist, has been a successful independent coach and consultant since 1985 in the fields of leadership, consulting, persuasion, negotiation, service quality, marketing and self management (Dr. Claudio Weiss, awareness management). His cooperation with Egger, Philips + Partner AG goes back to the firm's foundation year of 1985. He has thus made an essential contribution to the ongoing further development of „Open Negotiation based on the HARVARD CONCEPT®“. Claudio’s work focuses on the synthesis between ethics, effectiveness and efficiency. He provided and explored the philosophical and psychological foundations for this thinking in his book „The Delphi Principle“ (1998). Since 2002, he has written and lectured primarily on research, systematization and proper handling of diffferent mentalies, value spheres and views of the world (especially in his seminar „The awaremem® voyage of discovery“), all themes that can play a decisive role in the art of negotiation.
