We are an internationally active and multilingual team of professional consultants and trainers, who draw on many years’ successful experience with negotiation engagements in many different cultural settings. The conceptual framework for our work is provided by the findings of interdisciplinary research teams at Harvard University. Even today, the Harvard Negotiation Project continues to develop new approaches and ideas on how to most constructively manage the challenges of divergent interests in an increasingly interconnected and globalized world. Our particular challenge is the appropriate application and further development of what were originally North American concepts to the European negotiation culture, successfully synthesizing them with further „real world“ elements in order to create a practically useful negotiation model, one that will also deliver in difficult negotiation contexts. This constant link to academic research (Link to Roger Fisher), coupled with our own ongoing theoretical development and practical experience, together provide for the quality guarantee for our clients. Since the founding of our firm in 1985, we have trained over 20,000 participants in intensive seminars and workshops. In addition, hundreds more have consulted with us and also engaged our coaching and advisory services (especially in the field of business mediation). |
