(born 1940), Founding Partner of EP+P (1985). After completing his studies in law and economics in the Netherlands and in education at Stanford University in the USA, Frits worked for 16 years in international positions in marketing and in human resources for a large multinational company. His cooperation with Harvard Law School began in 1983 through joint projects undertaken together with Professors Roger Fisher and Bruce Patton at Harvard Law School. He was therefore, in a very real sense, the pioneer of the cooperative effort with the Harvard Negotiation Project . Through his firm Frits Philips Jr. & Partners B.V., and with the help of his Dutch team, Frits has advised and trained thousands of managers. His various seminar topics can be summarized in Dutch under the following titles: „Open Onderhandelen“, „Commercieel Onderhandelen“, "Training Coached Leiderschap“, and „Mentoring“.
