In addition to our open mediation seminars, we also offer in-house sessions. These are specifically geared to particular target groups, such as human resource professionals, attornies, personnel development officers, compliance specialists, etc. In these mediation seminars, we seek to set realistic short-term objectives, and to ensure that they are met by offering: Focus on practice – role play – professional feedback – personal attention to the participant – intensive work atmosphere – agreeable and productive work environment Our mediation seminars are offered in the German language.
